Royal Kentish Camino

A medieval pilgrimage

October 11th and 12th 2025.

Stuart will be walking the 24 miles from Canterbury to Folkestone in full medieval clothing and footwear, following the Elham Valley and celebrating three Kentish Saints; St Bertha, St Ethelburga and St Eanswythe.

You can join him along the way - timetable

Starting from Canterbury Cathedral, and then onto St Martin's the oldest church building in England in continuous use, Stuart will be leading a service in every church along the route to Folkestone where the remains of St Eanswythe still remain.

You are invited to sponsor him to raise money for Pete's Dragons - a charity that supports families following bereavement from suicide, and the local churches along this new pilgrimage route.
